Bell & Bridge Crystal Foundation (BBCF) is an NGO with a mission to bring full awareness in teenage sex education, teenage pregnancy and the ills of sexually transmitted diseases, STD’s.

Bell & Bridge Crystal Foundation (BBCF) is collaborating with The Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Ethics and Values (OSAPEV) on a 2 phased National Strategy/Tool kit “TEENAGE PREGNANCY & THE GIRL CHILD (TPGC)” to tackle the teen pregnancy issues in Nigeria. This is in line with the Vision 20:2020 Transformation Agenda of His Excellency Mr.President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR

Teenage pregnancy is emerging as a pandemic in Nigeria and the lack of knowledge and awareness amongst teenagers and adults, highlights the challenges to be faced in bringing this national strategy to fruition. Nevertheless, it is our duty as a government of the people to create a solid foundation and build strategies for future sustainable development. Therefore, our motto for this initiative is “IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME”. Hence, a successful implementation of this strategy will help to build a nation where all youths will come to have full knowledge and awareness of sexual matters, teenage pregnancy and the negative consequences thereof.

MISSION

Our mission is to enhance individual competencies, national capacity, and global investment in adolescent health. We aim to catalyze local, regional, and international connections between multidisciplinary professionals who work with adolescents, the organizations that support them, and young people themselves and improve the health and wellbeing of adolescent and young people in Nigeria..

VISION

We envision a society whose citizens have the awareness, knowledge and attitudes about health promotion and risk factors prevention based on scientific evidence, not on myths, and whose civil society organization are empowered to play an active role in identifying, assessing and addressing the public and other human related challenges.

We publicize local health information and provide assess to healthcare needs. We are knowledgeable about the services of health-related organizations in our community. We stay in touch with communities needs and work to provide opportunities for the community to be informed.

Creative Leadership

We provide creative leadership to facilitate and harmonize community health improvementwomen and youth’s empowerment with the aim to provide solutions to various challenges that plagues the society.

We maintain a wholistic perspective and independence in order to effectively represent the comprehensive needs of our communities.

Stewardship

Through good governance and stewardship, we utilize resources under our supervision to cater for various community needs. We strive for cost-effective solutions.
